Get to Know Us
Zoma Color has been creating colored stone (gemstone) and diamond jewelry for over 50 years. From our humble beginnings, we have traveled the world to select the finest quality precious and semi-precious stones and to create unique, usually one-of-a-kind, designs. We pride ourselves on our excellent workmanship and customer service. By staying small and nimble, we have been able to address our customers' specific needs, something that big and bulky businesses struggle to do.

President
Allen Dolberg
Allen grew up in the gem and jewelry business. From the time he can remember, he was helping his parents’ business after school and on weekends. He traveled in the backseat of his parents’ car when they would go “on the road” calling on customers throughout the Midwest. When he was in high school, he started helping at trade shows and on customer calls. He continued to help his parents while in college and law school and as he practiced law among other endeavors. He continued helping until he joined the company full time in 2013. And in 2022, Allen took over the company as President.

Kerry Dolberg
Kerry has been an artist since she was a kid. She received a full scholarship to the School of Visual Arts and graduated with a degree in photography. Kerry worked in New York City for many years as a set decorator and photographer's liaison at Saturday Night Live and as a photo assistant and photographer for Vogue, Allure, Cosmopolitan, Revlon, CosmoGirl, Brides, and McCalls. When she met Allen in 1995, her adventure in the jewelry business began attending trade shows, buying gemstones and designing pieces. She continues to buy and design in partnership with Allen.

Zoma Color Worldwide
Zoma Color began over 5o years ago in our founders' basement. Slowly, we started buying gemstones around the world: Brazil, Germany, China, Thailand, Kenya, Israel, Australia, and creating unique gemstone jewelry custom fit to these exotic or unusual gemstones.
Zoma Color uses environmentally responsible procedures to source all of its materials. Zoma Color's team of skilled craftsmen design and handmake each piece in the USA and around the globe. Zoma Color partners with geographically diverse artisans to support local trade and traditional craftsmanship. We also work with artisans from around the world: Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Colombia, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Russia, Tanzania, Thailand, Zambia, et al.
Zoma Color's production experts supervise every aspect of production from sourcing to stone setting and metal polishing ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality available under the highest standards. Likewise, with our partners, we strive to maintain and support ethical and fair trade standards as well as labor and safety practices domestically and abroad.
